This was taken in Bangalore. The little girls were having fun playing in the land-fill area. No fancy toys for them, just each other for company resulting in lots of laughter and joy.

What a beautifully tragic photo!
When I was young in Baltimore Maryland we played like this,in a low income apartments garbage area! Flipping off trash dumpsters on to urine stained bed matsesses! Kids will make a way to have fun!
